Dewatering sieve has three main functions of dewater, desliming, removing medium and can be used in sand washing process in the sand stone plant, coal slime recovery in coal preparation plant, tailings dry row in concentrator, etc, therefore it also called sand sieve dehydration, mining sieve dehydration, coal slime dewatering screen, tailings dewatering screen, high frequency sieve dehytdration, etc.

There are steel and polyurethane two materials for screen mesh.

The dewatering screen adopts the double motor self-synchronous technology, universal eccentric block  and adjustable amlitude vibrator. It is mainly composed of screen box, shock absorber, support system and motor. The two unconnected vibrator perform synchronous reverse operation, the centrifugal force produced by two groups of eccentric mass will be superimposed along the direction of vibration, and reverse eliminated, so as to form a single excitation force along the direction of the vibration, which make the sieve box act as a straight line.

1.Dewatering screen mesh is made of the material of ultra-high molecular polyurethane (UHMW - PE), it has so many advantages, such as, impact resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, self lubrication, and absorb the impact energy. Its impact resistant performance higher than all the other plastic ones, and wear-resisting performance is better than that of ptfe, nylon, carbon steel etc.

2.The vibrating motor of the dewatering screen is easy to replace, the rubber springs on the base of the machine are used to absorbing shock, the amplitude of it is small, the vibration is slow, which make the dehydration more thoroughly.

3.The dewatering screen can be customized according to the yield and moisture content . The side plate of the machine has reinforcing plate, and the bottom is supported, and the bottom has horizontal bar, and the outlet is supported with triangular steel plate, so the overall structure is solid.

4.The mesh can be adjusted according to your need, the equipment noise is small, and the dehydration effect is well.

5.Before delivery, in order to ensure the quality of the outgoing products for customers, our staff will conduct debugging on it, through checking whether vibrating motor is normal, and testing whether the exciter is running well or not.
