FU type chain conveyor (referred to as “chain conveyor”) is a new product designed for horizontal (or inclined ≤15°) conveying powdery and small granular materials designed by our factory to absorb domestic and foreign experience. The product has novel structure, reasonable design, reliable operation, energy saving and high efficiency, and long service life, the whole material is transported in the sealed box: the dust is rarely spilled. The conveyor chain rolls on the track and wears less. Its use performance is obviously superior to screw conveyors in the form of powder and small granular materials. Other conveying machine such as buried scraper conveyors have been well received by users since they were put on the market. Has been widely used in building materials, chemicals, thermal power, food processing, mining and other industries.
1. The conveying capacity is large, up to 6m3/h~500 m3/h.

2. The transmission energy consumption is low, with the internal friction of the material to push the material forward pulling force, 40-50% energy saving than the screw conveyor.

3. Sealed and safe, fully sealed casing makes dust rarely spill.

4. Long service life, specially ordered conveyor chain using high-quality steel and after special heat treatment, the normal service life can reach more than 5 years.

5. The process layout is flexible, can be more points into and out of the material.

6. The series is complete, there are FU150, FU200, FU270, FU350, FU410, FU500 (the number indicates the width of the conveyor tank).
